Chris is the CEO of Chattanooga Neighborhood Enterprise (CNE), a nationally recognized nonprofit dedicated to affordable housing, homeownership, and neighborhood revitalization. With more than 30 years of experience in community and economic development, he has led innovative housing, transportation, workforce, and small business initiatives across multiple states. Chris is a frequent speaker on housing, community development, and collaborative solutions that strengthen neighborhoods.

Liz Deichmann is a Senior Researcher with the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, where she studies housing, financial access, and the economic resilience of households and communities. She has partnered with governments and nonprofits to evaluate community development programs and public policy, and regularly conducts research on issues affecting local communities. Liz holds a doctorate in political science and a master's degree in public policy administration from the University of Missouri–St. Louis.

Steve Childers serves as the Director of Planning & Development for the City of Springfield, where he oversees the implementation of Forward SGF and leads the City's planning, development, and building services. With more than 25 years of experience in local government, Steve has held leadership roles in planning, zoning, economic development, and city administration, including serving as City Administrator for the City of Ozark. He brings extensive experience in shaping communities through thoughtful planning and development.
